At Qpalstore.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 


 

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • It must include all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • For defective or damaged products, photographic or video evidence must be provided when initiating the request.

Please do not send returns without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

 


 

2. Return Collection & Processing Fee

  • If your return is accepted, we will arrange collection through our delivery team.

  • A processing fee of up to QR 15 may apply for non-defective returns (you will be informed of the fee beforehand).

 


 

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, intimate items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Promotional”

Additionally, Health & Beauty products are excluded from refund or warranty claims due to hygiene standards.

 


 

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days and subject to availability.

  • An exchange fee of up to QR 15 will apply.

 


 

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Refunds apply to the product cost only. Delivery charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

  • For promotional or low-price items, refunds will not be entertained unless due to product defects.

6. Warranty & Replacements

  • Products with manufacturer defects or technical issues may be eligible for replacement or refund, provided they fall within the product’s stated warranty period.

  • Warranty terms vary by product and are indicated on the respective product pages or invoices.

  • Physically damaged products, products without original invoices, or outside the warranty period are not eligible.

Note: Promotional, clearance, and bundled items are excluded from warranty or replacement.

 


 

7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

8. “Leave at My Door” Delivery Disclaimer

If you opt for the “Leave at My Door” delivery option:

  • A photo confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once delivery is confirmed, qpalstore.com, is not responsible for any loss or theft of the package.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
