We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

2. Return Collection & Processing Fee

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, intimate items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products

Additionally, Health & Beauty products are excluded from refund or warranty claims due to hygiene standards.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds apply to the product cost only. Delivery charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

If you opt for the “Leave at My Door” delivery option:

Once delivery is confirmed, qpalstore.com, is not responsible for any loss or theft of the package.
